History

Zehnder's Flash Yogurt & Snow has been a part of Elk Grove since the late 1990's. Started as a Family business, it still enjoys that same status under Parker who purchased the business in April of 2010.

Parker L.
Parker is originally from The Philippines. After working 12 years in Hong Kong she came to the United States to be with her husband. Parker worked a few years at Sea Food City as a cashier while attending class to become a Medical Assistant. After graduating the Medical Assistant course, she interned at Sutter Medical in Roseville and was subsequently hired full time.
When the opportunity to purchase Zehnder's Flash Yogurt & Snow came about, Parker was really excited to give it a go.

  I tried mango passion fruit and pineapple. It was just okay. The flavors were not much more than a sweet syrup and the ice was crunchier than I like with shaved ice, it was more like a snow cone. Most likely won't return.

  A classic for shaved ice! There is a drive through and window but no where to sit. Make sure you mix some flavors and come back to try them all because it is a one of a kind shaved ice place inna small town like elk grove

  I used to love this place.... And then they brought in new workers and new management who didn't understand me. I speak fluent english by the way. They don't even give as much as they used to
